Sandfords are a highly professional and diligent real estate agent and Mark Nash is a superstar hybrid with a bulldog, who gets his teeth into something and does not let go till he succeeds. The London Property Market is not having the best time right now. It is a real buyer's market and yet Sandfords managed to secure me a very good sale that exchanged in short order and completed as expected this past week. While Sandfords has always found me good tenants in a timely manner, being myself something of a micromanager as a landlord I've noted an even better attention to detail by their property management team in the last couple of years and recommend them unreservedly.
