Covid-19 Update

In the midst of the current Covid-19 pandemic we would like to reassure you that as a business we have various measures in place which are enabling us to remain fully operational. We are working tirelessly to ensure minimal disruption to our service.

Where it is safe to do so, our staff will continue to market available properties and carry out viewings if they feel 100% symptom-free. Before and after each viewing, they will wash and use alcohol gel on their hands and ask the same of any potential buyers. We are also able to carry out virtual viewings via Facetime if this is better for you.

We are continuing to carry out property valuations and will take the same precautions as mentioned above. There are still buyers looking, so please contact our sales department on 020 7723 9988 if you are thinking of selling.

Contact: James Light, Tim Fairweather or Mark Nash.

We will continue to market available properties to let and carry out viewings and will take the same precautions as those mentioned above.

If you are looking to rent or to let a property please call our lettings department on 020 7723 9988.

Contact: Michelle Sharma or Freddie Jackson-Gali.

Property Management

Our property management department will continue to manage and look after your property.

Contact: Joyce Sorkpor

Please make sure that all necessary documentation has been signed and sent back to us before the tenancy is due to start.

If we do not manage your property, you must ensure that you hold a set of keys for the property, that a professional clean has been arranged and we are in receipt of a current gas safety certificate and other compliance documents.

Rent Collection

Our client accounts department will continue to collect and account for rents as normal.

Contact: Justyna Kardas

Property Visits

We will be postponing property inspections for the moment as many tenants are self-isolating or are at high risk and access is not possible.

Many of our appointed contractors are still working to normal business levels and will respond to urgent or emergency matters.

Emergency Legislation

The government has announced a radical package of measures to protect tenants and landlords affected by coronavirus. As a result, no tenant in either social or private accommodation will be forced out of their home during this difficult time.

Emergency legislation to suspend new evictions from social or private rented accommodation while this national emergency is taking place
No new possession proceedings through applications to the court to start during the crisis
Landlords will also be protected as 3 month mortgage payment holiday is extended to Buy to Let mortgages

We are keeping abreast of Government and NHS guidelines and procedures and will implement our own policies where necessary in order to maintain our service standards, whilst taking into consideration the health and well-being of our employees.

We remain committed to providing you the best level of service and we are ready as ever to handle any enquiries you may have.
